- P&L dashboard and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions and attract new clients
- Integrated calendar for PTO/sick leave tracking, time reporting, and workload forecasting
●​ Refactored API layer using Repository Pattern and custom Nuxt plugin, cutting 8k+ redundant LOC and improving scalability
