months academic and 5 months commercial experience.
Strong technical background helps me understand
development processes and communicate effectively
with developers. Responsible, fast learner and ready to

EXPERIENCE
Academic PM discipline
Completed a full-cycle team project. Our 7-member
team worked on “JobNet,” a job search platform, from
initiation to release.

PROSKURNIAK We practiced Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban
in Jira), built user story maps, defined SMART business

OLESIA goals, conducted stakeholder analysis, and prepared PM
documentation.
