- litigation and work with regulatory authorities (filing claims, complaints, lawsuits, representation and successful protection of the company's interests in commercial courts of all levels (debt collection and collection of accrued penalties, refund, invalidation of contracts), district administrative courts, work with state bodies, including state executive service bodies, police, prosecutor's office, private executors, work with controlling bodies during inspections at the enterprise (scheduled/unscheduled): tax, ecology, geology, water supply, etc.), legal support during the external audit of the company (AC Crowe Ukraine);

- obtaining permits: special permits for subsoil use, building licenses, technical passports for railway tracks;

- participation in writing of various programs of activities, projects of the company (among the latter: loyalty program POLIMIN club Ukraine);

- legal support of TM registration, starting from the search for identity, ending with the protection of intellectual property rights. Currently there is the dispute (extrajudicial) with TM Bostik S.A., ARKEMA FRANCE S.A. regarding the identity of trademarks;

- preparation of documentation for conducting/participating in tenders (both on the part of the customer and from the position of the participant), positive appeal of decisions of the tender committee to the antimonopoly committee of Ukraine, to court on violation of legislation and establishment by the customer of discriminatory requirements in tender documentation;

- legal support of HR Department’s work: writing orders, instructions, internal policies, regulations of the enterprise, writing employment contracts, advising staff on labor legislation, about employment of foreign employees;

- advising the company's staff on the application of current legislation of Ukraine, drawing up various powers of attorney;

- monitoring of changes of the current legislation of Ukraine, search, study and improvement of knowledge in the field of corporate and business law of the EU;

- text translations of legal documents (agreements, letters, complaints, etc.) from/into Ukrainian/Russian/English;

- writing letters of appeal to local authorities, first of all to the mayors of Kyiv, Mariupol, Oleshka, other cities of Ukraine, to the President of Ukraine (Poroshenko P.O., Zelensky V.O.), to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (Shmygal D.A.) on the protection of cement plants in certain regions of Ukraine (raider attacks, etc.), as well as to defend the work of enterprises during the quarantine period at the beginning of its implementation);

- business trips in Ukraine and abroad (Poland) to court hearings, to accompany the conclusion of agreements.
