Project Manager / Program Manager
Descartes Systems Group, Amersfoort, The Netherlands – January 2022 - Present

A NASDAQ listed, global SaaS company providing logistics and supply chain solutions, with annual revenues of
approximately €500 million and over 2,200 employees.

- Led a cross-functional team of 11 FTEs (7 business consultants, 2 technical consultants, and 2 project
managers) within the Professional Services team to deliver a portfolio of 70+ projects and changes annually,
managing a €1.8M annual budget.
- Directed the design and execution of a 3-year, €7.5M strategic roadmap for the company’s largest account,
including a flagship €950K project; established structured governance, risk tracking, and multi-phase alignment
to ensure program-level success.
- Maintained consistent delivery performance through customer reorganizations and internal shifts in an
account historically marked by high Project Manager turnover.
- Served as the primary interface between internal teams and client leadership, providing weekly updates to
the VP of EMEA Professional Services, to ensure alignment, execution, and ongoing optimization. Actively
contributed to quarterly business reviews with the customer, delivering insights on program performance, risks,
and strategic alignment.
- Delivered ad-hoc analysis to support leadership in decision-making.

Project Manager
Cenosco, The Hague, The Netherlands – May 2017 - December 2021

A software company partnered with Shell to develop smart engineering tools (SaaS) for the oil and gas sector. 75
employees, €6 million in annual turnover.

- Planned and established a 9-member support team from the ground up, defined team structure, created
role descriptions, led interviews and hiring, and managed the team’s day-to-day operations. Implemented new
communication workflows, internal policies, and quality control standards to ensure service excellence.
- Contributed to forecasting and business review cycles; supported decision-making through data-backed
reporting and KPI tracking.
- Managed the development of web and mobile applications for the healthcare sector using Scrum and Agile
methodologies.
- Delivered software implementations, data migrations, and product onboarding projects in the oil and gas
industry, focusing on driving customer adoption and value realization.
- Streamlined software upgrade projects, acted as the primary liaison to define project scope and priorities,
and maintained transparency by sharing project data, reports, and dashboards with stakeholders daily.

A flower supplier for Tesco retail stores in Europe. One of the largest companies in Dutch Flower Group, 350 employees, €160 million yearly turnover.
- Developed several production and demand planning tools in Excel to automate daily processes.
- Used some of the Six Sigma principles to reduce the probability of errors and wrong input in the daily process.
