I’m goal-oriented, active, persistent; learn, master new things and adapt quickly.
Non-stop movement forward, exploring new spheres/horizons are important to me, feeling quite
intolerant to standing still.
Also obtain a high level of self-management, self-control skills (in stressful situations) and anti-crisis
thinking. I’m currently advancing my knowledge of AI to get the best presentation of my ideas.
I always try to successfully perform atypical, non-linear (yet interesting) tasks,
to be highly effective at different stages.

Professional experience:

2025 Various consulting and freelance projects, including negotiations, consulting on
tender participation, coordination between international teams and
organizations (in English, Ukrainian, sometimes other languages) which I cannot
disclose according to the NDA.

Some of them included negotiations with Netflix on one of their localization projects
and consulting some of Ukraine allies’ government representatives on some context of
Ukraine’s specifics.

2024 Interpreter, translator and negotiator (the only one in the team) for a factory in
Kirovograd region (work in English language).

Resolving the problem of bringing a Chinese citizen to Ukraine for a prolonged
period of time (to install and maintain equipment purchased in China), resolving conflict
issues with the equipment manufacturer in China as well as government agencies (in
China, Moldova, and Ukraine).

Resolving a problematic organizational issue with the airline (written and phone
communication with offices in China and Australia).

✔️Conducting negotiations, constant correspondence and communication with the invited
specialist, his managers, government agencies as well as the equipment manufacturer in
China and its managers.

✔️ Effective resolution of the disputes based on mentality differences, inaccurate
information from the Chinese side, and the manufacturer's specific attitude to their
obligations (attempts to postpone their fulfillment to indefinite period of time for various
reasons - war, visas to Ukraine are not issued (as they were trying to convince us), the
engineer does not want to travel to a country at war, etc.). Despite all the difficulties, the
 negotiations were moving forward quite successfully also because of a good
understanding of negotiation practice and psychology implemented by me (in addition to
English language).

✔️ Resolving an organizational problem with the airline (in my absence, one letter in the
surname of a Chinese citizen had been put incorrectly in the ticket (by my colleague), and
this issue had to be resolved within less than one day before his departure).

✔️Simultaneous solution to other organizational issues that required knowledge of
English and organizational thinking.

✔️Finding and attracting an international lawyer for effective negotiations with the
manufacturing plant, (for the team) contract proofreading and translation to Ukrainian
along with further work with it, monitoring the lawyer's work, assistance in negotiations
with the Chinese side.

2023 Translation of a pitch for investors (and its materials) for a Ukrainian startup.
A Ukrainian startup was looking for investors in Europe. I assisted its owner with the
translation and some preparation for negotiations.

2008-2025 Professional English teacher (for adults).

Topics: business (negotiations, business correspondence, executive processes),
successful interviewing, specialized (prepared professional runners for international
competitions, politics for political events, negotiations and communication), improving
general conversational level as well as confidence level for negotiations/life/travel.

Teaching by my author's methodology, being constantly developed for many years
through my own teaching experience. Focusing on the conversational part + active
vocabulary and grammar extension together with instant implementation of the knowledge
acquired into practice.

2014-2024 Own school of corporate English.

My areas of responsibility were: communication with clients, selection of teachers and
their work coordination, development of the methodology and standards, teachers training
and supervision to achieve maximum level of professionalism in the services we provide.

Additional information:
I often read English-speaking writers in the original, currently - C. Doyle, C. Dickens,
from the recent read - Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Y.N. Harari.
Trying to constantly advance my own level of English (work and atypical tasks help a lot in it).

Know some Turkish and French (at level A2-B1), advancing them smoothly at a comfortable pace.

I am passionate about psychology, self-management, conflict and crisis management (being highly
relevant currently).

Driving license - “B” category.
