Project: NICE Perform
• QA for client-server solution designed for call centers, used for voice, screen, and user interactions capturing and recording.
• Configured/maintained/supported different combinations of hardware/software setups (incl. VoIP devices integration – Avaya, Cisco) to simulate different end-user configurations for QA purposes.
• Provided a workaround to integrate different parts of the product to a single VM, thus reducing amount of VMs needed for full product installation from 5 to 2, saving main server space and decreasing outage risks
• Was involved in implementing a system of step-by-step VM backup process which allowed recombining different features of the project in any way needed and saving up to 30% time previously spent on installation/configuration.
