LIKA PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

ROBAKIDZE In May 2025, I assisted in organizing a festival for an IT company,
serving as a personal assistant to the invited guest, Kurazh Bombay.
EVENT PRODUCTION I also collaborate with a hotel in southern Italy, in the town of Palizzi
Marina, where I bring guests for themed events.

Theater Project: Childhood
Year: 2025
Director: Philipp Vinogradov
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
This project originated from my own concept, inspired by a participant’s
story about childhood during a training session. Over six months, we
developed a performance involving 10 participants who shared their
personal stories. I worked individually with each of them to find a
creative way to present their narratives through characters, visuals, or
sound.
I selected a director who perfectly brought the idea to life and structured
the rehearsal process. I also sourced props, technical equipment, and
handled the promotional campaign.

In March 2025, I worked for the first time with the agency Inventeur as a
comfort manager.

Theater Project: Stand-up by Chekhov
Year: 2024
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
I created this project with my students as a passion initiative, performed
at my studio. The focus was on content rather than production, requiring
minimal props and costumes. I developed unique interpretations for
eight excerpts, ensuring that each piece was distinct while maintaining a
cohesive, charismatic, and entertaining atmosphere.

Play: Fathers and Sons (based on the novel by Ivan Turgenev)
Year: 2024

Location: Belgrade
Produced an improvisational theater performance where each show
was uniquely staged.
Managed the casting process and coordinated rehearsal schedules.
Secured investments to fund the production.

THEATRICAL PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE:

Year: 2023
Director: Dima Zenkov
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Description: In this production, I participated both as an actress and a
producer.
My Responsibilities:
Besides my primary role as an actress, I also took on the following tasks:
Finding the venue and negotiating the rental agreement.
Assembling the creative team and conducting the casting process.
Communicating with all service providers in Serbian, including
transportation, specialists for custom welding, sound designers, and
sourcing necessary equipment (lighting and microphones).
Investing in the project.
Promoting the production through social media and public groups.

Result:
The performance successfully sold out three times, each time filling a
hall with 300 attendees.

Night in Lisbon
Year: 2023
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Description: The first Russian-language premiere performance in
Belgrade, based on the novel by Erich Maria Remarque, featuring
graduates from my acting workshop.
My Responsibilities:

Finding and selecting the material.

џ Staging initial scenes, which were later chosen by the director.

Recruiting the creative team: director, lighting designer, costume
designer, two makeup artists, choreographer, composer, and
cameraman.

џ Sourcing props, arranging transportation, and organizing technical
equipment.
џ Marketing and Promotion:
Creating ticket designs, posters, and promotional materials.
Social media targeting and promotion through public groups.
Collaborating with bloggers for outreach.
Managing ticket sales through three different options.
Event Day:
Greeting guests at the entrance.
Assisting with seating arrangements.

Result:
The performance was sold out, with an audience of 350 people in
attendance.
