Highlight: From tech perspective it wasn’t much, since the crew was large and outstaff members got the most boring tasks
with almost no space to grow. Yet this was very useful since we worked directly inside English-speaking teams. Also, while
we hadn’t much rights to edit C++ engine code, we still inspected it and reported any found errors to speed-up the core team.

(1y 10mo) RPG project for Steam. Worked on editing configs, spreadsheets, levels, scenario texts. Successfully finished internship, but
switched back to the development due to lack of further work to grow on as GD and financial reasons.

Projects I worked on: (1) An RPG game for Steam, general bugfixes; (2) a pack of related Android games to update Unity
version and used libraries, mostly to fix billing and Google Play requirements; (3) a cross-platform shooter, to implement/fix
networking part on XBOX/PS port for newer generation support.
Highlight: Last project had challenges. I was a team leader. The biggest problem was to integrate all platform-related libraries
in a way the codebase builds cross-platform in main git branch. One of the challenges was to integrate all the processes so both
teams can work in parallel while each party tests its work independently and the client is also able to cross-check our work.

I am able to work in a dense schedule and with overtimes, but prefer not to if possible. I accept overtimes (extra hours during single week) with
increased pay rate, or if they are compensated as extra vacation time.
