I am an enthusiastic and resourceful engineering data and information analyst who thrives in positions that allow me to take organisations that I engage with, into phases of sustainable growth, profit and development.
I have over 10 years of experience in successfully leading major engineering programmes that have been completed on time and within the budgetary constraints required.
I have extensive experience in recruiting, managing and retaining staff, and also I have a highly technical mindset. I am very much people-focused and enjoy mentoring and developing staff.

Hobbies & Interests

I enjoy mechanics and all things related to technology. As well as paddle boarding, I like to spend time with friends playing board games, cycling and jogging. I have been a volunteer with Voluntary Action North Somerset working alongside Ukrainian refugees and providing support for their transition to life in the UK. In addition to my professional expertise, I engage in FPV piloting, which has enhanced my technical skills, precision, and creative problem-solving abilities.
