Senior Electric Propulsion Engineer

• Full-cycle development of electric propulsion systems: from conceptual design and 3D
modeling to manufacturing, assembly, and testing of laboratory, engineering, and flight
models.
 • Key contributor to the ST-25 thruster, successfully integrated on EOS SAT-1 (2023) and
operating reliably in orbit.
• Specialist in electromagnetic calculations of thruster magnetic systems; developed a
proprietary methodology in Ansys Maxwell for optimization and lifetime prediction.
• Developed Power Processing Unit (PPU) housings for propulsion systems.
• Redesigned and modernized vacuum chambers, converting old Soviet flanges to ISO
standards, conducted leak detection using gel-based leak detectors, and implemented
corrective measures.
• Designed various tooling and fixtures:
o Casting molds for ceramic components (including on-site evaluation at contractor
factories).
o Assembly tooling for propulsion units.
o Specialized fixtures for probe testing in vacuum chambers, including stepper motors,
worm-gear reducers, mounting rods, and custom probes.
• Conducted extensive testing: functional, vibration, shock, thermal vacuum, and radiation
resistance.
• Created and iterated technical documentation for flight hardware.
