I have over 3 years of experience in marketing and content, around 1 year in HR and
recruitment, and more than a year in SEO copywriting. I am a versatile specialist with
experience in HR, administrative support, SEO copywriting, content marketing, and video

HR Manager

I worked as an HR Manager for a network of American spa salons, combining administrative
support for the director with operational HR tasks. At the initial stage, my role included
managing the director’s schedule, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day and
organizational issues to ensure smooth salon operations.

I was responsible for sourcing and selecting staff via the Indeed platform: posting job
openings, conducting initial candidate screening, and creating shortlists. For communication
with candidates and conducting interviews, I actively used Voice, coordinating the hiring
process from the first contact to the final decision.

From 15.01.2023, the focus of my work gradually shifted towards team coordination: I
monitored the implementation of business processes and corporate standards, tracked
discipline and service quality, and helped to establish communication between different
departments. I also organized internal meetings, ensuring effective interaction between
employees and management and increasing the overall efficiency of the team.

Worked with video content for an international audience, being responsible for the technical
part of video production and preparing videos for publication.

I worked as an SEO copywriter and content creator, specializing in writing articles for various
niches: IT, finance, marketing, tech, SMM, and cryptocurrencies. I prepared texts in line with
technical requirements, keywords, and structure, optimizing them for search engines and
business goals. In addition to writing, I handled website content management: worked with
IT projects, furniture businesses, e-commerce, crypto wallets, and landing pages, adapting
style and messaging for each product.

I was involved in the full content cycle: publishing materials in CRM systems, creating visual
assets in Canva, automating parts of the workflow, and using AI to generate and refine texts.
