Objective:

Academic:
Diploma in Odessa National Polytechnik University from 1999-2004.
Qualification: Chemical technology of organic substances and qualified as a technologist chemist.

Working Experience: 19 years total experience in ammonia production plants.

• Currently I am working as DCS/ Field( from February 2021) in Ammonia unit( Kellogg), Odessa port plant, Ukraine.
• Previously I worked operaitor DCS/Field ( from 2004 to2017) in Ammonia unit ( Kellogg), Odessa port plant, Ukraine and Field cordenator in Ammonia plant (Holdor Topsoe) at Algeria Oman Fertilizer Project,Oran, Algeria ( from 2017-2019).

Plant Profile:
• Odessa port plant is having two streams of Ammonia plant each
Capacity of 1700 MTPD, designed by Kellogg.
• Algeria Oman Fertilizer is having two streams of Ammonia plant of 2000 MTPD, designed by HALDOR TOPSOE.

Job Profile:
• Having good operational experience of Field cordenator Honeywell and DSC/ Field Keelogg.
• Knowledge of Safety Practices ,trouble shooting and Emergency Response Duties and strict adherence to SOP practices during Start up/ Shut down/ Emergency/ Normal operation Familiar with startup and emergency shutdown procedures of the plant.
• Familiar with Fire Fighting System, First Aid methods.

• To plan shutdown / major planned jobs, preparation of activity bar chart and plan to comply the statutory requirements in Ammonia plant.
• Actively monitor the plant parameters and take proper necessary action after informing Supervisor for smooth running of the plant to meet production targets and product quality.

Operational knowledge:

• The main units in the production of AMMONIA includes SULPHUR REMOVAL (HYDROGENATION, ZnO ADSORPTION), REFORMING, CO CONVERSION (HIGH & LOW TEMP.), CO2 REMOVAL, SYNTHESIS GAS COMPRESSSION, SYNTHESIS OF AMMONIA, PURGE GAS TREATING FOR HYDROGEN RECOVERY Etc.
• aMDEA and Carsol process of CO2 removal section.
• Experience with the operation of side fired reformers, catalytic converters, Natural draught/balanced draught furnaces, Multistage centrifugal pumps & compressors .
• Experience with the operation of Turbines as high as 37 MW and of different types, condensing, back pressure, condensing cum extraction, condensing cum injection etc from different manufacturers MAN GHH (GERMANY), DRESSER RAND , MITSUBISHI(JAPAN) etc.
• Experience with the Auxiliary Boiler producing middle pressure steam (40ksc) and high pressure steam ( 115ksc).
