Experienced engineer and crisis-resilient manager with 28 years of expertise in industrial water
treatment, biological wastewater management, air separation technologies, and infrastructure
operations. Led one of Ukraine’s largest chemical plant water divisions (Odesa Port Plant),
managing complex systems and personnel. Proven ability to maintain critical infrastructure under
extreme conditions, including full production shutdowns. Available for national technical

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Head of Water Treatment Department, Odesa Port Plant (April 2005 – Present)

- Responsible for the management of up to 245 staff in charge of water supply, wastewater
treatment, biological treatment, cryogenic air separation, and gas distribution systems.

- Oversaw 24/7 operation of critical industrial infrastructure including membrane systems,
demineralization units, and wastewater treatment lines for both the plant and the municipality.

- Led capital and emergency repairs, ensured safety compliance, developed technical
documentation and reports.

- Maintained safe operation of high-risk installations (pressurized vessels, high-temperature
circuits, chemical dosing).

- Coordinated audits, inspections, and emergency responses under conditions of war and financial
blockade.
