Main Responsibilities :
Make order for provision.
• Regular daily inspections of quality and state of items in store rooms.
• Cleaning inspections and checks of all store rooms including refrigerated store rooms.
• Receiving deliveries and store in their correct manner according to storing location, packaging, temperature, light, humidity etc. Stored goods and items received in appropriate places to avoid misplacement
• All issues to be ready by requested time.
• Carry out inventories without fail as agreed with Financial Controller or from Head Office according to company policy.
• Reported to the Hotel Manager on the regular basis regarding the demand of goods and items so that the future orders can be made accordingly
• Monitored the functioning of all equipments of the store and in case of any failure reported the same to the supervisor.
