Experience :
From March 2021 Team leader in Playcus.
1) Develop hyper casual mobile games. Create from scratch one-mechanic games by documentations, create games by my own ideas including documentations, featuring old games;
2) Create cross-project tools to decrease game development time.
3) Create additional features for existing puzzle projects
From November 2020 to March 2021 - Developer in Alpha Nova.
1) Develop mobile games. Built new mechanics in existing game and add new environments.
From May 2018 to November 2020 - CTO in VR-Inn
1) Develop games full-body free roam VR for entertainment (games builded from scratch by me). From the very beginning games were built for the OptiTrack system and then I added support for Vive. Later add support for Quest 2;
2) Estimation and time control for the other two developers and one 3d level designer;
3) Develop games management system for locations.
From January 2015 to May 2018 - Team leader in Rollinom LTD (Israel) including unity 3d development on 3d home project.
1) Build architecture of multi-platform application (Android, IOS, WebGL, Standalone);

I’m team lead of 3 projects:
1) Running like a game for Android and IOS (3 developers) 10-15% of tasks I did myself because they are really interesting and hard all other time on this project I was estimating tasks for developers according to theirs programming skills. Discuss with customer details of game logic. Made code review. All code was on C#. The game was made for 3 months. Develop on Unity 3D. I have upgraded my skills in organizing the work of other people and resolving the conflicts between them both work-related and non-related. Also, I get a new experience of cross platform User Interface programming in Unity3d. Unfortunately, the project did not saw the world;
2) Mobile real-time fighting (4 developers). My role in this game was estimating tasks, code review, discuss game design with customers (for some reason we start making this game without a game design document) This game was estimated to 5 months of developers’ work. Game making in Unity 3D. All code on C#. I have got big experience in game design. Сommunication with the customer on the line. Upgrade skills of working with code from other developers. Also, I have got good experience in the creation of AI for this type of game;
3) Universal administration panel for games (1 developer). Participated in the development of architecture and data structure. Coordinate structure from administration panel to server-side and client-side to give them correct structure. (administration panel made on java script with php, data on JSON, database - mySql, server-side - ActiveMQ) Got new skills in the building of JSON structures. Got some skills in ActiveMQ.
From June 2012 to February 2013 - a Unity3d programmer in the Web-Source Technology Ltd. operating in the area
Casual mobile game (3 developers including me) 6 months of work. My roles in this project was:
1) Build game architecture;
2) Game logic implementation;
3) 3d programmatically animation;
4) GUI implementation.
• I made a POC for mobile running like game. 1 month of work in unity 3d. Сustomer did not dare to start cooperating with our company, but then I finished this POC and we show it to him. He signs the contract. As a reward, I have got 0.1% of contract money from our G.M. Also, I made a POC of the game which uses all sensors of a mobile device (android and IOS) like accelerometer, GPS, compass, web camera to control character in-game. Unity 3D, C#. 2 months of work. I have got a great experience in Unity3d interaction with sensors.
From May 2012 to June 2012 - a flash programmer in the Web-Source Technology Ltd. operating in the area MMO games for social networks.
1) The creation of the flash element of economic (forex-like) game. My role is to organize client-side of interaction with .NET server and visualize all data ;
2) Completion of 6 projects for social networks obtained from third-party developers.
I was a single client developer on these projects. I had tasks to bugfix all those projects. Сircumstances are such that I needed to fix some bugs in Lua scripts together with the server programmers both of us did not know this language. And we did it in 2 days.
From October 2010 to May 2012 - the programmer in the company creating MMO games :
- participation in the development of 4- MMO games, one of which is designed for social
network «VKontakte»;
1) In the first game named StarEx.ru (Massive Multiplayer Space Strategy). I was one of 5 developers. 3 of us including my work on the client part (action script 3.0). And two made server-side (java). We did it for 7 months. I have got a good experience in work with a true socket. Also good experience in developing own controlling elements such as special lists with special scrollbars, map visualization with many levels of detail.
2) The next project was DarkSwords2.ru (MMO RPG) From time to time there works from 2 developers to 4 developers on the client (action script 3.0) server-side was written on C++. I worked on that project for 5 months. The greatest achievement on this project was to work on the logic of team games, clans, alliances.
3) After “ds2” I start scripting flash animations for game fabula-online and at the same time create different particle visual effects for it, like explosions and some magical stuff (heal, poison, etc). I did it for 3 months. I got good experience in making programmatically particle systems and 2d character animations.
4) Then was Battle tetris for social network VKontakte. On this project, I was team lead and subordinate 2 client developers. With a server developer, I designed the architecture of this game. One of my achievements is creating AI. And we finish it in 5 months.
From September 2007 to October 2010 TV «English-club.TV» - film editor :
1) Creation of design television programs, including options and Vector screensavers and other formalities;
2) Installation of TV programs using a variety of high-quality special effects.
