Summing up my CAREER:
So as can be seen from the wrote below CV my work experience in the oil and gas industry is consisting around 22 years and completely coincides with a narrow specialization of my education – Design, Operation, Construction and Repair of Main Oil and Gas Pipelines and Storages-Tank Farms (Ukrainian National University of Oil and Gas). I have a whole range of experience both in the main pipelines: operation and maintenance (repair), and construction of oil and gas main pipelines and oil pumping stations, and on the oil storages (Fuel coast-terminal): O&M, design and construction, upstream onshore facilities such as OPF, Gas Plan, LNG recovery plant etc. Scope of my skills includes O&M as old (long time operated) O&G facilities: normal operation, shutdowns, replacement of cross-country oil pipelines and improvement, dismantling and conservation of trunk-oil pump station facility, normal operation, improvement and reconstruction with all logistics issues of Fuel coast-terminal and also O&M of new O&G facility: pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up O&M activities in onshore offsite equipment. I reported to Head of Production Operation of SPM segment.
The role of the Operations and Maintenance Engineer for the FOM (Facilities, Operations and Maintenance) team is to support growth of SPM O&M capability. This role is to help ensure operations and maintenance are set up and conducted per FOM requirements.

• To support operations organisation design and resourcing.

• To understand and apply SPM Operate Phase Management System (OPMS) principles and standards and provide input into its design & update.

Since 22/09/2014 until 02/06/2016 I worked for one of the largest Nigerian Oil and Gas onshore production project Obiafu/Obricom – ObOb (Rivers state, Nigeria) in position of Deputy Project Manager in service company NetcoDietsmann Maintaining Nigeria’s Energy as contractor for ENI (Nigeria Agip Oil Company – NAOC).
Duties, responsibilities:
• managing Maintenance Team department what includes: Maintenance Team Leader, Mechanical Team (Supervisors – 3 expats, Technicians – 26 locals), Electrical Team (Supervisors – 3 expats, Technicians – 18 locals), Instrumentation Team (Supervisors – 3 expats, Technicians – 11 locals), Planning Team (Supervisor – 1 expat, Planners – 4 locals), Material SPV – 1 expat. Also, small teams like: HSE, HRO and Logistics reported to me. So total number of staff reporting to me – 91 persons;
• performing of Global Maintenance Service (Inspection, Predictive, Preventive, Corrective Maintenance and Repair) and as well procurement activities in ObOb Gas Treatment Plant, Oil Plant, LNG Recovery Plant and satellite sites (Flow stations) in an onshore facility requested by work orders (WO) created from SAP PM system from Production department of Agip NAOC and then reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent of NAOC about completion of works for closing of WO/PTW;
• maintenance of all processing equipment of Gas Plant, Oil Plant, LNG Recovery Plant, Flow stations and Fire Fighting system;
• also I was responsible for maintenance of processing equipment such as:
• various sizes of Oil, Gas, LNG, water, steam, glycol and chemicals pipelines (Ø 4” 8”, 10”, 12”, 24”, 28”, pressure up to 355 bar) and different in design of valves: ball valves, globe valves, gate valves, block valves, spring valves and different in purpose valves: hand valves – HV, emergency shutdown valves - ESV, pressure control valves – PCV, pressure safety valve – PSV, flow control valve FCV etc., Oil and Gas metering units/stations, pig receivers/launchers;

Since 20/05/2013 until 30/06/2014 I worked for one of the largest Sour Oil and Gas production project in the world – Kashagan Project in Karabatan/Eskene West site (Atyrau region, Kazakhstan) in Onshore Production Facility (OPF) in position of Operation and Maintenance Pipeline Team Leader in service company Dietsmann Maintaining Energy (Dietsmann S.p.A.) as contractor for ENI Agip KCO.
Duties, responsibilities:
• managing Pipeline Team department what includes - Preservation and Maintenance team: Maintenance supervisor, Maintenance coordinator, mechanical, electrical, instrumental, cathodic protection staff and drivers; and from Operation team: Emergency Response Team (Dispatcher, field operators, driver), Trunk line – TR team, Oil Export pipeline – OE team, Gas Export pipeline – GE team, Fuel Gas pipeline – FG team, Water pipeline – WL team (field foremen, field operators, drivers). Total number of staff of both Operation and Maintenance teams – 37 persons per 1 rotation. Also under my subordination I have HSE specialist (responsible for HSE issues in Pipeline department) and Logistics Supervisor;
• performing of all Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities in offsite facility of OPF requested by work orders (WO) created from SAP system from Maintenance department of Agip KCO (Offsite Operation unit) and then reporting to the Offsite Operation unit about completion of works for closing of WO;

• various kinds and sizes of pipelines: Sour Oil-Trunk line and Sour Gas-Trunk line, Oil Export pipeline, Gas export pipeline, Fuel Gas pipeline, Water pipeline with pits (Ø 10”, 12”, 24”, 28”, pressure up to 75 bar) with above ground installations (AGI) – valve stations;
• process equipment of Sour Oil-Trunk line Pig Receiver, Sour Gas-Trunk line Pig Receiver, Oil Export Pig Launcher, Gas Export Pig Launcher, Fuel Gas Pig Receiver, Fuel Gas Pig Launcher, metering units, pressure regulation units, ESV, HV, RB valves with interlock system (ILC) and work platforms, system of leak drainage with underground capacities, systems of pressure testing and blowing by nitrogen, leak test and depressurize, reset the petroleum gas flare etc.;
