Performa HR-Agency. IT, iGaming, Fintech, Marketing – Co-founder
from 03.2024 to 08.2025

Founded an HR agency Performa from scratch, building all operational workflows and managing the
full recruitment cycle for clients across IT, iGaming, Fintech,Gambling and Marketing industries.

Key Responsibilities
●​ Operations: designed and implemented all business processes from the ground up;
●​ Сlient Management: identified and acquired new clients, sold agency services, defined

a team of recruiters;
●​ Marketing: actively contributed to the creation of marketing materials and strategy,
approved social media content in collaboration with a marketing agency;
●​ P&L: was involved in the formation and actively participated in the optimization of income
and expenses;
●​ Conferences and exhibitions: attended conferences where she expanded networking and
represented the agency.

Achievements
●​ built Performa HR Agency from scratch, handling all operations end-to-end;
●​ established and scaled a recruitment team of 2 in-house recruiters and 10 outsourced
recruiters;
●​ designed and implemented efficient recruitment processes across the agency;
●​ trained the team in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, communication with clients,
and negotiation skills;
●​ built long-term partnerships with clients, turning them into recurring customers;
●​ achieved an average of 1–2 successful hires per month for clients, ranging from mid-level to
