SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

I have 3+ year of experience working as IT sphere. Started from the position of a researcher and
moved to sales. Worked with such vacancies as Front-end and Back-end developers, QA
automation engineer, Embedded developer, Project manager and more.
I have experience working with social networks using SalesQL, X-ray, Boolean search, recruiter
communities, recommendations. The main tool where I was sourcing candidates is LinkedIn. I
have experience working with ATS services.
My English is not at a conversational level, only for correspondence or reading.

Currently, I am running a partially private practice as a psychologist and conducting
psychological games for teams and various events, but I am ready to cooperate with
companies where I can develop and have a great team.
I am also considering the position HR/People Partner for myself, because I currently have
the relevant knowledge, education, and am interested in this area.
