Air Alarm 06/2023 - Present

Developed a high-scale Android application with millions of active users, providing real-time regional air-raid and
hazard alerts. The app was built with MVVM architecture and Kotlin Coroutines, supporting both GMS (FCM) and HMS
(Huawei Push Kit) for broad device compatibility. I implemented a robust networking layer with Retrofit and OkHttp,
while persisting user subscriptions and alarm states via Jetpack DataStore. To ensure timely delivery of alerts, I used
a foreground service for continuous background operation, while exact alarms were applied for critical scheduled
events such as the daily “Moment of Silence.” Notifications were enhanced with custom audio playback using Media3
ExoPlayer, and the app integrated Google Maps SDK to let users set precise coordinates for more relevant “Increased
air threat” alerts. The application supports two languages, allowing users to select their preferred interface. Additional
improvements included in-app updates via Play Core and monitoring with Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

Developed an Android application that visualizes real-time emergencies across Ukraine on an interactive map,
providing users with up-to-date regional alerts. The app was built with Kotlin, MVVM, and Clean Architecture,
featuring a reliable networking layer using Retrofit and OkHttp, with event streaming handled via Centrifugo
WebSocket. To improve accessibility, I implemented a home screen widget (AppWidgetProvider) that allows users to
track critical alerts without opening the app, ensuring immediate access to important data. The app also included
monetization features such as banner ads integrated with Google AdMob, along with a subscription option to disable
ads and unlock an ad-free experience. The solution leveraged Jetpack ViewBinding, Navigation Components, and Koin
for dependency injection, while Firebase services supported analytics, stability, and targeted updates.

Developed an Android application that enables users to quickly rent vehicles or generate income by renting out their
own cars. The app was built with Kotlin using MVVM and Clean Architecture, featuring a modern UI implemented with
Jetpack Compose and Navigation Compose. Implemented OTP-based authentication for secure user onboarding and
designed the system to support two distinct roles—car owner and renter—allowing users to seamlessly switch
between them. Real-time updates, including booking confirmations and in-app chat, were powered by Centrifugo
WebSocket, ensuring instant synchronization across devices. Networking was handled with Retrofit and OkHttp, while
Coroutines enabled efficient asynchronous operations. Images and video media were managed using Coil, Coil
Compose, Tus Android client, image-compressor, video-composer, and image-zoom libraries. Dependency injection

Developed an Android application that provides users with real-time information on regional energy supply status and
predictive changes in the power system. The app was built with Kotlin using MVVM and Clean Architecture, with
dependency injection implemented via Koin. Networking and REST API integration were handled using Retrofit with
Gson, while OkHttp and logging interceptors ensured reliable network communication. Implemented ViewBinding for
efficient UI management and SwipeRefreshLayout for intuitive data refresh. The app supports two languages and two
themes, allowing users to configure their preferences on the settings page. To improve usability, frequently accessed
data is cached for offline availability. Push notifications are handled via Firebase Messaging, and Firebase Analytics
and Crashlytics are used for monitoring and stability. Asynchronous operations and background tasks are managed
with Kotlin Coroutines, ensuring smooth, responsive user interactions.

creators)—allowing posters to create tasks, select executants, and manage task fulfillment with payment processing.
