ABOUT ME

I specialize in team development and building operational processes that work
and scale. I have experience launching departments from scratch and
transforming chaotic processes into systems that consistently deliver results.

I managed the development of the Linkbuilding department at 360° — from
team building and Net Revenue planning to the creation and launch of new
services on the market. During my time there, I completely rebuilt the
department: I increased eNPS from -34% to +62%, eliminated key operational
bottlenecks, accelerated order fulfillment, and raised the level of service.

I built cross-functional collaboration processes with copywriters and editors,
developed and implemented a map of operational bottlenecks, which made the
department's work more predictable and efficient.

I work where structure, strategic thinking, and the ability to take teams to the
CONTACT next level are needed. And also where it is important to honestly identify
problems and just as honestly eliminate them.

Building & Scaling Teams Responsible for the full cycle of department development: strategy, team,
processes, Net Revenue, and launch of new services. Built a systematic
Process Optimization approach to work, implemented operational standards, optimized order
fulfillment speed. Scaled the department to international markets, formed

UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY I restructured inefficient processes, which significantly accelerated order
Master's degree of management fulfillment and increased monthly order volume. I created a map of
problem areas and implemented steps to eliminate them. I scaled the
2018-2020 department from 1 to 6 specialists and strengthened cooperation between
teams.
