I'm holding the positions of both Project Manager and
Desktop Publisher. I have experience managing internal
LANGUAGES teams, organizing processes between departments, and
communicating with clients to ensure effective project
execution.
I'm providing the entire project cycle, from receiving the
client’s request and clarifying their expectations to the final
Ukrainian English delivery of the completed materials.
Throughout the process, I'm coordinating interactions
INTERESTS between multiple departments, organizing content
refinement, managing the handover for translation and final
layout as well as ensure quality control before the project is
sent to the client.
I've optimized processes by proposing better methods for
projects workflow, which has led to reduced errors in the
final product.
Also successfully managed projects with extremely tight
deadlines, ensuring high quality without unnecessary stress
or panic.
Effectively worked with clients, persuading them to adjust
their approach to the entire project cycle, which resulted in
increased budgets and higher profitability to the company
and myself. Our largest and most well-known clients include:
B. Braun, KNDS, Rheinmetall, AkzoNobel, LanguageWire,
RWS and others.
Additionally, I strive to find an individual approach when
assisting both new and old colleagues with tools or processes
that they find challenging to understand.
