Worked in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
focused on developing MVPs for 3D games across
various genres. Responsible for designing and
implementing project architecture, ensuring scalability
and maintainability, and closely collaborating with crossfunctional teams (PMs, designers, testers). Our
development process follows Kanban, ensuring high
efficiency and seamless delivery of features.
🔹 Led the development of project architecture from the
ground up, collaborating closely with PM and game designers to
adapt quickly to evolving MVP requirements. Result: faster
feature launches and no need for rework.
🔹 Designed and implemented cross-platform input system
supporting both Windows (keyboard/mouse) and PlayStation
(gamepad). Ensured seamless user experience across builds
without control-related bugs during QA.
🔹 Optimized performance and memory consumption,
reducing memory usage by 25% by switching to Addressables,
and increased FPS by up to 40% through the implementation of
Occlusion Culling and LOD groups. Result: Enhanced MVP
stability and performance on low-end devices.
🔹 Worked closely with PMs, designers, and artists to plan
features, digitize tasks, and prioritize deliverables, minimizing
rework and ensuring smooth collaboration.
