infrastructure and streaming service in Ukraine (Cinema Planet).
▪ Maintained creating the main part of the VYLO mobile application MVP with a team of 10 members.
▪ Provided rebranding and redesign of the Halo Investing Platform together with the design team.

▪ Aligned Project Management Waterfall Methodology with corporate culture (project status reporting, resources allocation
methodology) and project documents (Project Chapter, Project Status Report, and agreements).
▪ With a team of 5 members, provided an implementation of the innovative pills labelling system for Dr. Theiss, including four
integration circuits. It was the first implementation of such a solution in the Russian Federation.
▪ Maintained continuous improvement of an 1C:ERP system in TMD Friction.

PROF-IT EXPERT BEL (Software Integrator) Portfolio Manager Mar 2017 – DEC 2018
▪ Provided complex automation of the full-cycle automotive plant BELGEE (GEELY). It was the biggest and key Project Portfolio
for the company. In this project, we partnered with CITIC Corporation. Our Project Budget was about $6 million. The size of the
project team at its peak was 70 members, and the total number of members in the project was about 120. The Core Project
Methodology was Hybrid. Core software was 1C:ERP.

▪ With a team of 10 members and using Waterfall Methodology, provided an ERP software implementation project in a global
