July 2024 to May 2025 – Procurement and Contracting Assistant at Chemonics International

• Procurement in accordance with the rules of the organization. (Purchase Order, RFQ, Micro
purchases, 3-5 Quotation, Evaluation Grid, Market rates, Tenders…);
• Inspection Forms, VC;
• Prepare and submit payment request packages for review by the Procurement Manager;
• Liaise with grantees and vendors to collect documentation related to payment, procurement,
inspections and registration, as needed;
• Maintain the overall integrity of the procurement registration system in SharePoint (SP) and the
