Achievements:
• Since 2019 took key role in global stack migration (Weblogic monolith -> cloud-native microservices). Designed and successfully
released to production several key systems:
• Kafka-based, event-driven Order Management System using the Saga pattern, capable of processing up to 1M orders/day with
peak load of ~50K events/sec. Implemented idempotent retries, timeouts, compensations and circuit breakers to ensure
resilience against 3rd-party failures;
• Read-heavy product catalog service based on MongoDB, making an explicit eventual consistency trade-off to achieve high read
throughput and low latency;
• Distributed asynchronous communication layer for multi-step 3rd-party integrations, using idempotency and compensating
events to handle partial failures and retries safely;
• E2E testing platform for full order lifecycle validation using Apache Camel and WireMock. Improved test execution performance
and stability by introducing reactive, non-blocking processing, enabling parallel execution of complex order scenarios;
• Implemented observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka tooling and several internal metrics
systems, significantly improving system transparency and incident detection;
• Played a leading role in onboarding main part of the team of 20+ people when the migration became global:
• Led numerous knowledge transfers about new systems and technologies;
• Implemented and reviewed a big number of technical designs for a range of smaller migrations while preserving backward
compatibility for existing clients.
• Since 2023 took additional role of Scrum master for team of 10+ people:
• Took part in numerous backlog grooming /​system refinement meetings which led to eliminating a range of development and
system bottlenecks;
• Successfully managed pager-duty monthly maintenance role in the team;
• Kept honest, trustful and reliable atmosphere in the team while preserving best possible performance and great predictability
of development cycles.

• Backend development and code reviews for high-load distributed systems;
• Collaboration with architects and business stakeholders during system migration;
