Work history

Now Affiliated researcher, Södertörn University (Sweden), writing research applications, presentation of my recent book “Emotional Intelligence for Public Leadership in Times of Uncertainty” for Public Administration Department and Business Studies Department, Cooperation with PAN Nordic Card Association, training for bank employees from Nordic countries (about 135 persons) about crisis management.

June 2022 – June 22, 2025Researcher at Södertörn University, Department of Public Administration. Teaching in courses – Decision-making in public agencies; Change in public management; Sustainable development from different perspectives: individuals, organisations and social networks. Course coordinator “Implementation of reforms and transnational cooperation in times of uncertainty”. Published books, articles and papers about crisis management. Speaker and chair of panels at conferences organized by the Lithuanian Parliament, SustainGov.se; ISDRS 2023, chair of panel and presenter at Nordic regional conference Renew2024, CBEES 2025, POMAA 2025. Discussant and chair at advanced seminars at CBEES (Center for Baltic and East European Studies)

September 2022Deputy Director of Administraive Directorate - Head of Organizational Support Department, State Statistics Service of Ukraine (reform initiatives, partnerships, analytics, change management, projects, work at global level – EGRISS Steering Committee member since 2020) coordinator of the Ukrainian working group on the development of roadmap for IRIS (International Recommendations on IDP Statistics) implementation in Ukraine. Biggest results of work – new law on official statistics, Ukraine’s SDG progress assessment etc.

2021 – 2022Expert of the Ukrainian School of Governance in project with Södertörn University funded by SI “Internationalization of Teaching in Public Administration”

August 2018 –
May 2019Advisor, State Specialized Financial Institution 'State Fund for Support of Youth Housing Construction'. Coordination of projects development, strategic development, and international cooperation. Results of work - KfW funding of housing for IDPs, cooperation with the European Investment Bank, facilitated launching cooperation between Ukraine and the Council of Europe Development Bank etc.
