AI Automation & Applied AI Engineer Sep. 2023 – Present

o Contributed to the design and implementation of business process automations in a fintech environment,
working both with predefined technical requirements and by proposing improvements, optimizations, and
scalable extensions to existing solutions.
Designed and implemented AI and non-AI automations based on a pragmatic engineering principle: when a
task could be solved with deterministic logic, rules, or classic integrations, such approaches were preferred
over LLM-based solutions to ensure predictability, stability, and cost efficiency.
o Used n8n / Make / Flowise as tools for rapid prototyping, testing, and validation of automation ideas,
and after confirming feasibility and architecture, migrated solutions to production-ready backend services
implemented in Python.
o Developed Python backend services (FastAPI) to orchestrate automations, implement business logic,
integrate with external APIs, handle webhooks, and manage asynchronous and background processing.
o Built and maintained integration-driven automations between CRM systems, databases, messengers, email
services, document management platforms, and internal tools, ensuring data consistency, validation, and
reliable error handling.
o Collaborated with multiple teams (product, legal, finance, operations), adapting and scaling automation
solutions to match their workflows, requirements, and evolving business needs.
o Implemented projects including automation of content autoposting to LinkedIn and Instagram; CRM and
database automations (entity synchronization, status updates, validation, and enrichment); an LLM-based
assistant for legal managers for document analysis and risk detection; a financial AI agent for the finance
department (invoice generation, document handling, data aggregation, and period-based summaries); a
geospatial automation system that processed location inputs with varying precision (exact coordinates,
street, district, metro stations, landmarks), normalized them via custom scripts, leveraged multiple Google
Maps APIs (geocoding, places, distance matrix, directions) to compute a reference point, dynamically
returned either the nearest store or an N-nearest list for a nationwide cosmetics distribution network, and
built routes to the closest location when precise coordinates were provided; document generation,
processing, and structuring workflows; etc.
o Enhanced automation workflows with ML, Computer Vision, and LLM components, including OCR pipelines
for document processing, ML/LLM-based classification and data extraction, as well as LLM-driven analysis
and summarization. Applied LangChain and LangGraph to build controlled LLM pipelines with clear routing
logic, validation, and structured outputs, fully integrated into backend services and business processes.
o In parallel, delivered freelance projects (part-time) involving AI and integration automations for external
clients, complementing core commercial experience and expanding the range of solved automation tasks.
