Customer description: Pernod Ricard is a global leader in distilled products. Stemming on the heritage of Pernod Anise and Ricard Pastis, both anise-flavored liqueurs, the company gradually built a unique portfolio of Premium international brands.

Project description: Development of the solution for the Customer based on Salesforce, ERP Systems (SAP, NAVision, JDEdwards – based on country solution was implemented for) and Custom CT Mobile app unified for affiliates, with the ability to configure the app for each affiliate based on configuration toolkit and affiliate configuration requirements and customize it according to Customer requests and defined roadmap.

Project description: The goal of the project is to add 5 new products categories (Equipment Classes) to be added to Assessment in SF:
1. If Therapeutic surfaces are selected the user is directed to the related set of questions.
2. If Medical beds are selected the user is directed to related set of questions.

It provides an automated global case intake, processing and submission, periodic reporting, detailed analytics, and safety operations from within a single system. The responsibility of CT is to provide the architecture, design, development, and delivery aspects for the Salesforce platform-related parts of the Product.
