Online Psychology Platform – UX/UI Concept Project

The goal of the project was to design a user-centered online platform connecting clients with
professional psychologists, focusing on usability, trust, and intuitive interaction. Analyzed user needs and
identified key pain points for both clients and psychologists. Conducted competitor research and defined
market gaps. Developed personas, Customer Journey Maps, and User Flows. Designed wireframes and
high-fidelity UI for desktop, tablet, and mobile versions. Created a structured design system and
responsive layouts.

Result: A clear, emotionally supportive, and well-structured platform experience that simplifies specialist
selection and booking while optimizing workflow for psychologists.

B arber Studio Website Redesign – Concept Project

The goal of the project was to redesign a barber studio website by improving visual hierarchy, navigation,
and overall usability.

• Analyzed competitor websites and identified common usability issues.
