EXPERIENCE

Project manager, Sandsiv+ (CX platform) Nov 2021 — Present
Zurich, Switzerland
 Run a 30+ person team across product, developers, Q&A, support, data science and DevOps. Focus: give people
clear ownership and enough peace to actually get work done.
 Provide GenAI functionality to the platform— automated insights, executive summaries, smart reply suggestions,
predictive sentiment — from first PoC to global rollout. Made sure we had proper guardrails and prompt reviews
along the way. Enterprise clients started using it heavily within weeks.
 Run ongoing platform-improvement cycles: collect feedback from support, customers, and internal teams → turn
it into prioritized backlog items → ship fixes and small enhancements every sprint so the product keeps getting
better without big-bang rewrites.
 Set up and drive the “Keep-the-Lights-On” squad — dedicated capacity for tech debt, performance tuning,
security updates, and monitoring/alerting improvements. Result: zero major incidents in the last 18 months and
steadily dropping support-ticket volume.
 Own the full release train: 20+ releases per year, backlog fights → deployment → production. Still keeping
99.9% uptime.
 Sit between leadership and the teams: absorb the pressure, keep engineers heads-down on what matters.
 Cleaned up roles and workflows across the company — people finally know who decides what. Team
productivity up ~30% since then.
 Constantly improving working methods to deliver high-quality releases faster.
Project manager, Support.ua Oct 2020 — Nov 2021
Kyiv, Ukraine
 Owned our own ERP rollout and new CRM implementation — gathered requirements, kept scope from
exploding, and made sure what we built actually matched what the business needed.
 Ran vendor selection, technical decisions, code reviews, testing, hotfixes, DB migrations — basically everything
until it was live and stable.
 Kept budget and timelines under control while protecting the team from constant “can we add just one more
thing?” requests.
 Wrote user guides, ran training sessions, and handed everything over so the support team wasn’t buried in tickets
on day one.
 Added chatbots and a bunch of process automations that made operations noticeably smoother.

Project Manager, Studio IT Engineering Feb 2016 — Oct 2020
Kyiv, Ukraine
 Delivered 30+ client projects end-to-end: requirements → proposals → development → deployment → happy
client.
 Was the main point of contact for clients — presented solutions, negotiated scope and deadlines, and translated
between “business speak” and “dev speak”.
 Kept multiple projects and teams in parallel from falling apart, balanced workloads, and pushed back when
timelines were unrealistic.
 After go-live, handled support myself when needed — SQL tuning, Asterisk configs, whatever kept the client
running.
 Overhauled our internal delivery process; made everything more predictable and scalable, clients started trusting
our estimates.

Interviewer, MI-50 Jul 2015 — Feb 2016
Kyiv, Ukraine
 Survey of respondents on B2B and B2C projects
 Monitoring the work of interviewers
 Weekend Supervisor
