Lawyer with 20 years of professional experience in the legal field, specializing in legal support of business
operations, commercial transactions, and projects in the real estate and construction sectors. Extensive
experience in organizing and managing turnkey projects, providing legal support to business entities and
advising ultimate beneficial owners. Proven track record in negotiations, resolution of business disputes,
asset protection, and anti-raiding measures. Strong expertise in contract law, due diligence, legal structuring
of transactions, and compliance matters.

The author of legal articles and publications in the field of the construction financing mechanism, took part
as a speaker in the course for lawyers "Real Estate Lawyer: Real Property Law 2.0", organized by the
Academy of Consulting Business (twice).
