Agent support manager (Dec. 2023 - Jan. 2026): Ex-member of an agent support team for Ltd.
OPEN TRAVEL MARKET (UnitTravel tour operator). The working process included telephone
communication with suppliers from all over the world and travel agents. B2B/B2C/B2B2C
communication links. Dealing with issues concerning reservations, payments, and usage of a
company's product.

Freelance translator/interpreter (Sep. 2022 – Nov. 2023 ): I was an interpreter (consecutive) at
the business negotiations on opening a franchise of the French brand La Maison du Savon de
Marseille in Ukraine. Also, I was an interpreter (Chuchotage technique) for the Ukrainian
applicant, who intended to go to Japan and have a qualification upgrade there. Interpreting during
professional online meetings in the field of solid waste recycling.
English/German tutor (Sep. 2022 – Nov. 2023): For the sake of sharpening language and
communicative skills, I tried tutoring for two language schools: SpeakUp and AntiSchool. It also
helped me to master a great command of the English language during my university studies, and I
developed some soft skills as well.
