• Led the Supply Chain and Distribution organization (4 direct reports, 4 departments, 15 employees): Supply Chain UA & CIS, Customer Service UA, Warehouse UA, E‑commerce & Tender Department.
• Built and optimized the Supply Chain and Distribution structure and processes, including development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Established the Tender Department and e‑commerce operations from scratch; e‑commerce achieved break‑even and fully covered launch expenses within the first 6 months of sales.
• Process owner of the S&OP cycle at the Ukraine affiliate level.

• Day to day management of CIS5 Logistics Team (2 span of control);
• Part of the S&OP process in CIS5 countries: shaping sales forecast for 24 months form the countries;
• Challenge of the figures and planned discounts, supporting Approved Demand Statement file and organizing S&OP meetings on a monthly basis;
• Providing analysis of current stocks and planned replenishment to support sales demand. Planning of Bridge Stocks if needed and calculating of Credit Limits for Wholesalers;
• Full support of the demand planning: collecting orders from the clients (subordinates in the country), return the order for increase, negotiations with Wholesalers if needed, providing orders to customer services (located in Switzerland), control of expiries and batches shipped, control all correct shipment documents received on time.
