Summary

I am a trainer and project practitioner with 8+ years of experience in feminist and community-based initiatives,
combining program coordination with hands-on facilitation.

For the past 3 years, I have delivered self-protection (WenDo) trainings for women across 7 regions of Ukraine
and in Poland, focusing on violence prevention, boundary-setting, and decision-making in high-risk situations.

I work with a strong focus on empowerment, gender sensitivity, and participatory methods.

Planned and organized training sessions for up to 30 participants.

Conducted 20 training sessions (12-hour and 3-hour sessions).
