I came to a dead frozen project and resolved all its issues. Currently, the project is in the launch phase. There was no documentation on the project, and the team had no understanding of their current stage or direction. I had to dive into the project myself as nobody had a holistic view of the project or its individual parts. The project itself consisted of scattered pieces of functionality that did not interact with each other and did not align with the business logic. The tasks on the project were only listed without any descriptions, so the developers themselves did not understand or remember what had been done on the project.

I managed to research, document, and systematize the entire process, streamline the team's work, and integrate all modules and functionality in accordance with the business logic.
