- Verifying and approving payroll calculations, organizing monthly payment of invoices for outstaffing services, providing information about new seasonal workers for employment, exchanging supporting documentation in accordance with Ukrainian law.
- Processing counterparty invoices: entering data into databases, sending invoices to the relevant managers for approval and payment;
- Supporting export/import operations for the R&D department. Working with customs brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure that all necessary export/import documentation is available and complies with customs requirements;
- Coordinating issues between Advanta and counterparties for the purchase of equipment/machinery in accordance with capital expenditure requirements and the approved schedule for the financial year, including abroad;
- Maintaining databases of incoming/outgoing documentation, supporting documentation, and contracts (CLM);
- Organizing first aid training for employees;
- Providing employees with the necessary training in the event of any updates to document control, accounting, or other procedures;
- Purchase of office supplies and consumables, including those necessary for field work.
