Finance and management
- Good management skills, proactive personality and excellent attention to detail;
- Analytical thinker;

- Professional experience with international corporations
- Practical knowledge of International standards and procedures of accounting and management accounts
- Know-how to reach a comprise solution to adjust management vision, HQ goals, and legislation limits
- Budget planning and control company’s financial performance
- Project management, Client profitability estimation and control
- Fees calculation and reconciliations
- Control company financial performance
- Good understanding of business at all functional levels
- Audits - preparation and coordination of the Internal (HQ) and External (Clients, Big 4, SOX) audits
- Strong ability to perform in High-stress and Time-limits environments

Technical
- Appropriate level of financial skill and Excel/Access skill to be able to deliver required activity based
financial support:
• Operation and reporting financial software: 1C, Quick Books Pro, Hyperion Pro, Cartesis software,
AURA (internal software)
• Good experience in IFRS
• Advanced PC user (MSOffice program suite)
- English (Upper Intermediate Level _spoken; Advanced_written), Ukrainian (fluent), Russian (fluent)
- Driving license B + driving experience
