Performing of full-cycle of main chemical project "Doubling the production capacity and better surface quality of U-PVC profiles with new high-tech moulding technology and correct choice of designing (Longitude/Diameter of screws and material barrel) of main extruder and co-extruder, energy efficiency technology for such types of thin - walled co-extrusion profiles" including:



Findind and tender working with China heavy chemical machinery producers.
International contract differently specialized in extrusion of directly needed combined line for main sharp detailed thin-walled open circuit profile "Gutter" and easily and common profile "Pipe" pass-acceptance works, general speed of U-PVC colourless, cheap and thick layer melt leaving from high technology die head of main extruder in which input melt from side channel of co-extruder expensive wheather resistance colored melt envelope internal and external perimeter of main-stream polymer non-cured profile by five times thinner layer. Than hot profile calibrated and cooled on calibration table by water and vacuum through water and vacuum pumps which setted on this unit. Than profile pulled through two vertical rubber tracks on haul-off unit and after that it is cut on cut-off unit on a given interval prepared сommodity profiles (3 m).
Technical assistance in draft dimensions and using raw materials.
Personally and sole providing of acceptance tests from Ukraine producer side on area of plant - producer "Liansu" (Guangjhou, South China).
Providing of successful acceptance tests and training of own personal with Сhinese high-quality operator on Plant in Ukraine.

Intermediate achievements: the same work with German stock warehouses on staffing of company parkland of old technology but reliable Germany machines.

Development and testing of own formulation of PVC dryblend from 5 types of dust material with given quality (frost resistance, color stability, light fastness).
