Job responsibilities:

1.Prepare introduction of Company to the potential employees;
2.Search and recruitment including checking references and English language level;
3. Proposing of candidates to client/responsible person;
4.Daily contacts with potential candidates, field employees;
5.Daily update of crew overview, working on planning;
6.Flag state documentation arrangements. In touch with: Antigua and Barbuda flag, St. Vincent and Grenadine flag, Singapore flag, Panama flag, German flag, Liberia flag, Bahamas flag, Portugal, Dominicana flag;
7. Visa support (most recent USA B1OSC, taiwaneese visa);
8. Logistic support including flights and contacting agent in port of the crew change;
9. Personnel registration in database, approval of seafarers documents; uploading them to the system.
10.Preparation of CV’s for offering to the Customers;
11.Checking of the authenticity of seafarers licenses;
12.Keeping seafarer's profile updated;
13. Assistant in proceeding working hours;
14. Pre-scanning of requests in database from non-suitable candidates.
15. Correspondence with all general upcoming e-mails.

Working only with offshore fleet (all type of vessel, from crew boats up to drilling rig) have big experience in hiring foreign crew, mostly EU. Recruit construction crew for wind energy sector. Chatty and friendly, wide experience in working under pressure and short terms.
