Qualifications:7years work experience in the administrative field. During managing my businesses I made appointments and maintained a group calendar, handled calls, mail, and electronic communications and routing messages and information to appropriate individuals, carried on meetings or training sessions, kept supplies in stock, made sure office cleaners were doing their job, worked with vendors, planed events, made sure that office facilities were clean, orderly and safe. I regularly audited office inventory, maintained administrative and office supplies files, managed relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time, provided maintenance necessary to obtain a high quality of production and the most useful service life of office equipment. e.g. water dispensers, fridges, prepared travel arrangements for meetings and events, recruited and personnel, assisted with processing of local work permits and travel visas for project staff, managed Project Main office and Regional offices — Establishment, Day to day operation, Maintenance, Supply record and Generator fuel consumption report. Also I did any other activities assigned to, and agreed to, with the Finance and Operations Director
•Have Russian, Ukrainian and English language proficiency, verbal and written.
