A platform for remote interpretation of medical images (CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography) that delivers fast, accurate reports from certified radiologists.

Key details: 8-month timeline / 9-person team / Waterfall / Czech customer.

RESULTS: Delivered fixed-price project with 9-person team, launching to production in 6 months. Platform went live and began generating revenue for the customer.


- MOBILE MED APP -
Built with mHealth best practices, it creates medication schedules, sends
reminders, scans barcodes, tracks meds, and allows delegated management.

Key details: 4-month timeline / 6-person team / Scrum / Swiss customer.

RESULTS: Delivered MVP from scratch in 4-month timeline, launching in both App Store & Google
Play on schedule. Product went live serving European healthcare market.


- SOCIAL NETWORK -
A platform designed to increase voter turnout through gamification. Users
create voting plans, get reminders, earn rewards, compete in teams, share achievements

Key details: 1.5-year timeline / 7-person team / “Scrumban” / New York customer.

RESULTS: Led 7-person team through full product lifecycle, delivering MVP on deadline for Super Tuesday 2020. Platform enabled 8,500 users to report successful voting through gamification.
