I have experience of maintenance, repair and operation of hydraulic tongs for twisting of drill, casing and tubing. Working with: Weatherford 16-25 casing tong, Oil Country model RSX tubing tong, Oil Country model 45000 tubing tong, UNIVERSE 7 5/8" with hydraulic backup, UNIVERSE 13 5/8" power tong, UNIVERSE 20 " power tong, TQ 340/35 YA, FARR 13 5/8".
The casing and tubing were screwed on the following drilling rigs: Service King-3000, SK-2000, SK-1000 Super Single,SK-1000, Garden Denver, Uralmash 3D, Uralmash 4E, overhaul machines - Wilson Mogul 42, Kremco-750, UPA60A 60/80, DISCOVERY K 200.
Using these keys, screwed pipes of different diameters - from 2 3/8 "to 20", with different torques (maximum 33000 ft lb, d - 13 3/8 ", UNIVERSE 20"). Worked with the following types of threads - ОТТМ, ОТТG, VAGT, VAsuperior, Tenaris Blue, DGT, VAM TOP, HSM 1,HSM 2, UPJ-M.
