My name is Valentyna. I'm an experienced English teacher. I graduated from Kyiv State Linguistic University and I'm also a certified by Cambridge English Teacher who received four international teaching certificates: TKT 1, TKT 2, TKT 3 and CELTA .
I had been working with smart teenagers for more than 25 years and most of my students passed final school exams with high results , a lot of students got the highest places at regional English olympiads, some of them were the winners of the program " FLEX" . But the most important thing is that a lot of them loved English and spoke it fluently. But I'm currently working in a different school , so I'm experienced enough in teaching young learners , adolescents . But working with this type of students isn't an easy job so I'm searching for motivated students of different ages who want to speak English. I think , the greatest my achievement now is that I'm a certified English teacher for teaching adults as I have recently done CELTA .
While teaching English to my students I always use a variety of different methods and approaches , but communicative ones are my favorite . In my teaching practice I have already used a variety of different interactive books , coursebooks of different publishers and levels and interactive online platforms. I always try to do my best to make my students motivated , engaged in learning process and develop their fluency. I believe a teacher's self-development is very important so I often participate in different seminars, webinars or do English cources.
I always try to build a good rapport with my students , create positive atmosphere at the lessons and make my students love English and involved in learning process.
I can freely conduct individual or group online lessons on such popular platforms as ZOOM, MEET and TEAMS.
My native language is Ukrainian and I can speak advanced English (C1) My hobbies and interests are: reading , observing nature , singing and English.
