-Support of cargoes during customs clearance.

3. Interaction with logistics partners

-Communication with forwarders, carriers, warehouse operators;
-Ordering transport, coordinating loading/unloading;
-Controlling documents from partners (TTN, CMR, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).

4. Controlling delivery terms and conditions

-Tracking cargoes using tracking systems;
-Informing clients or management about the status;
-Working with force majeure: delays, traffic jams, changed customs requirements.

5. Document management and reporting

-Systematization and archiving of documents of foreign economic activity operations;
-Preparing logistics reports (costs, terms, number of deliveries);
-Maintaining a transportation database, monitoring compliance with contracts.

6. Financial support of logistics

-Controlling transportation costs and customs payments;
-Preparing payment applications to suppliers, brokers, carriers;
-Checking invoices, calculating the full cost of delivery.

7. Analysis of logistics processes

-Search for ways to optimize the supply chain;
-Reducing delivery costs without losing quality;
-Analysis of partner reliability, delivery times, delivery costs along different routes
