In my role at Inceptly, I create a wide range of performance marketing creatives for our clients and develop animations for our IT product Vidtao. Beyond high-end video production, I am responsible for mentoring our editing team, conducting regular training to enhance their skills and optimizing our internal workflows. I also developed a huge video course (in ukrainian) where I cover filming, editing, motion design, and color grading to help our junior editors integrate into the workflow quickly. While working at Inceptly, I’ve had the honor to work with prominent brands and names such as Snoop Dogg, Speechify, UseMotion and many others.

You’re not mistaken:) these dates do overlap with my experience in Inlight Photostudio. At the time, I was working two jobs, because I desired to grow as quickly as possible. At mirrors.film, I was responsible for almost every stage of post-production: taking projects from rough assembly to final color correction. This wasn’t a full-time position, more like a project-based collaboration that lasted for three years. Unfortunately, all production team moved to Los Angeles when the war starts, I stayed in Ukraine, so we had to end our partnership bc it was too difficult. At Inlight photo studio I was working on business infrastructure: building a grid of websites, setting up CRM, and launching a photo school as a PM. When COVID-19 happens, we had to move fast to save business, so I built a custom platform to run the school entirely online. While courses were ready - I decided to complete a video production course and learn something new for myself. So I started filming, editing and was working on my first projects. Just because it’s a huge photo studio - it gave me the perfect environment to shoot my first ads, dive into editing, and for sure fall in love with motion design. So I continued working with photostudio as a video editor for a video production department. (Nothing big names here, just small businesses, local brands and some art)
