Charlotte, North Carolina). The program “Communities connection” introduced by USIA
Carolina, USA implied getting practical experience in running the editorial board of the
printed periodical while working in the “Charlotte Magazine” and
newspapers “Charlotte Observer” and “La Noticia” (the newspaper for
the Spanish community).
