Gamble, and Coca-Cola. Expertise spans facilities operation and maintenance, clean and black utilities, and production
equipment, including HVAC, pharmaceutical water systems, refrigeration, and industrial gases. Proven track record in major
projects such as pharmaceutical plant construction, production line installations, and industrial cooling systems. Skilled in
preventive maintenance (implemented preventive maintenance from scratch at two production plants), infrastructure

 Implementation of preventive maintenance for a 5-storey office building from the initial stage.
 Have successfully achieved 100% Level 1 Accessibility according to WFP Procedures and Standards for the
Inclusive Accessibility of the Built Environment for all country and field offices (the first country in the world who has
such achievement).

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the physical infrastructure and engineering systems across 1
country office, 3 field offices, and 2 satellite offices, with a focus on ensuring that all workspaces are functional, safe,
inclusive, and conducive to employee productivity.
 Office operations, maintenance, and repairs, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, elevators, etc.
 Space management, including seating plan updates and premises renovations.
 Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA and other relevant workplace safety standards; conduct regular safety
inspections and risk assessments.
 Staff support and coordination: Respond to employee requests regarding office-related issues (e.g., temperature
control, furniture adjustments, equipment malfunctions).
