Staff.com is for hiring long term full time contractors and staff members. We don't do contract based work or short term projects. You search and look for people that meet your needs. You then interview them and select a candidate on a trial basis or to hire. The candidates are located all around the world and will be working from home. They will have tracking technology on their computer to make sure that they are working productively. You will pay Staff.com their monthly salary. You pay via your credit card or can arrange other payment methods if necessary.
