Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a part-time job. This role will entail part time hours, approximately 22 hours per week (6000hrn salary per month for part time), with flexibility in scheduling. Primarily, the working hours will be during the evening time, with a requirement for availability 2−3 times a week after 6pm (Kiev time). The remaining days can be chosen according to your preference.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner (mostly USA based customers).
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to meet their needs.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our products and services.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to multi-task and handle challenging situations with patience and composure.
• Basic computer skills.
