Junior Manual QA Engineer

We are LAMBDA-dev — a dynamic, fast-growing software company from the Czech Republic on the lookout for new additions to the team.

We focus on 3 areas of software development:

Mainly, we develop our own platform for online stores from the very basic to complex solutions.

Secondly, we develop warehouse management systems and last but not least we facilitate body shopping contracts for our developers, whereby we try and fulfil our client’s specific needs.

Our immediate goal is to grow our team by adding motivated, hard-working Junior QA.

As a must:

• 6+ months commercial experience as a must;
• Intermediate or Upper-level of English.
• Working experience with DevTools.
• Ability to properly prepare bug reports and write documentation;
• Great communication skills and ability to build rapport with parties;
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC processes;

• Commercial experience with web functional/admin testing as a must;
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS;
• Basic knowledge of SQL;

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product functional and non-functional manual testing
• Perform regression testing to verify software stability
• Analyse software requirements to ensure they are complete and testable
• Report any defects found during testing to the development team
• Document bugs and track them to resolution
